Anyone got an idea for playing word/character games whilst burning calories?!
I suddenly thought of shiritori!
Its a japanese word game where you say one word (konnichiwa) and the next word must begin with the ending phonetic! (watashi)
perhaps every rep of a weight lifting work out, or every 10 steps that you walk?
