Good morning CAD'ers!
Today's challenge:
Try a new exercise! We all know working out helps build a healthy body, but it can also get boring and tedious. Today, try something you've never tried before! If you have the resources, take a new class or try a new machine at the gym. Otherwise, youtube videos or look up workouts that you've been meaning to try. Keep things interesting to stay motivated!

Oops, didn't realize the soda challenge was yesterday! Well, I'll do that today too. Tonight I'm going to 30 Day Shred with my man. I've done the workout a couple times before but I want to see how fun it will be to kick his *kitten* at it.0

not to sure how to do this... but i did try something new on Wed... can i carry that over to today??
i went surfing for the first time and let me tell ya... THAT is a workout......0 -
well, i just bought a medicine ball to add to my circuit training.... and, the medicine ball came with a poster of other things i can do so i might give a shot and try everything that's in the poster....0

thanks so much for the encouragment to do a different workout. I found a workout on youtube it was a cardio kickboxing. thanks again!
