  • what is it supposed to say...

    I know current weight, goal weight, and minutes of exercise but I cant find the directions...I am new to the group thing...actually I am new to this whole thing LOL!

    Starting Weight: 238 (242 prior to MFP)
    Goal Weight: 135
    Current Weight: 225
    Total Exercise for Week (Sun to Sat): 2:30
    New Week Goal: (ie burn more calories, drink more water, etc). Eat less dairy, lay off caffeine... stay under 25 net carbs.
    Week Challenges (anything you need extra help with): Continue low carb journey, but eat more veggies in the process.
  • Starting Weight: 220 (228 prior to MFP)
    Goal Weight: 128-145
    Current Weight: 215
    Total Exercise for Week (Sun to Sat): 9 hours 15 mins
    New Week Goal: Less Sodium, Less Dairy, More raw veggies
    Week Challenges: Thanksgiving and Raven's tailgate I am very nervous for this week!!! added extra workouts to my schedule in hopes to beat "The bird"
