Changing helmet size?

Have any of you noticed your helmet size decrease as you've lost weight? Today I put on my helmet for the first time since last winter, and even with the chin strap adjusted to the smallest possible size it was too big. My helmet also slid around on my head pretty easily, too. I know I've lost my second chin, but could weight loss really result in my helmet size decreasing that much?

    yes I did notice I had to adjust the strap but I thought it was because I did not have my neck up on. ahhh it is making sense now!
