The holiday season is upon us, which means there are more temptations to eat unhealthy foods, and skip out on exercising and head for the mall instead of the gym. How do you stick to a healthy eating and workout plan when you're busy attending and planning those holiday parties?

I am planning on hitting up the gym still and make good decisions when it comes to food...luckly my sister is buying the turkey this year - organic free range one raised by some Amish people...as for the fixings - I plan on making a nic healthy veggie side dish to go with everything, As for everything else - moderation -a few bites of potatoes and stuffing - a small sliver of pumpkin pie...no alcohol and lots and lots of water.0

Well, not sure...I am by myself this year and I am so tired from work uninspired to cook but I do want to cook but just not sure what?! I would like to know what other people are cooking that is clean...help me consider what to cook.0
