Rest day for me. It's funny how my body parts are taking turns being sore. The first couple days, my hammies and butt hurt a lot. Then it was my back and shoulders. Now it's my abs. I'm still on week one, same workout.
Are you guys counting rest days into the 30 days or are you doing 7 workouts per level?
Getting up early tomorrow to get a workout in before leaving for thanksgiving. Debating bringing dumbbells with.0 -
Week 1 Day 6 for me today ( I take one rest day a week).
I'm pretty proud of myself for doing a lot of the exercises without modifications. Except the abs... I have to modify ALL those. I must have the weakest abs ever.
I am NOT skipping my Day 7 tomorrow. I definitely need to work out on Thanksgiving with all of the yummy food I will be eating (and drinking...).0 -
Day 1 of Week 2 is DONE!!
I'm going per week, as that is how it seems to be set up, and she said to take one or two rest days each week.... Personally, I'm aiming for one rest day per week, and so doing each week's workout 6 times. Tho, in all, that comes to 28 days...maybe the last couple of days doing 2 more workouts?

Day 1 week 2 done today, I incorporate a less intense 60 minute cardio workout to burn more calories. Coz tomorrow if USA has a Thanksgiving, here in our small town has a Feast(Fiesta) of the patron (Sta. Catalina). But I will be more aware of the food I might consume tomorrow. Good luck to every one of us.

I'm doing 7 workout days per level. And my rest day is Sunday.0 -
I'm changing workouts each week so doing 6 on each I guess. I started week 2 today - Jillian does seem extra motivating (read: mean) in this week. She really gets intense and I do hate planks more than ever now. But I'm getting close to my goal for the year in yoga: I want to be able to do a full side plank, not the supported that I always end up doing. Hoping all these planks will help get me there!0

D2W1 is done, omg I'm so freaking sore. I knew it, I jinxed myself last check in by saying how much I like W2. Threw in a kickboxing workout, and dance workout afterwards before I threw the turkey in the oven. Had to make sure I got all my working out in so I can indulge just a bit. Happy Thanksgiving to all those who celebrate, Happy Thursday to all those who don't!!!0

I have to admit I slacked yesterda - started to do Level one, got halfway through the first strength section and gave up...I just needed a day off!. So made up for it by doing D6W1 (But I did 2 days of w2 earlier in the week to mix it up a bit..)0 -
W2D1 done. Added 60 min of spinning and 45 min of walking to put a dent in the food I was going to eat and did eat today!!!
I'm ready for bed. Food coma. Actually looking forward to a light day of food tomorrow. The trick is not to swing right back into eating alot. Hmmmm Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Proud to report I came home last night and completed W2D2. Just finished up W2D3 followed by 45 min of Tae Bo to try to compensate a little for al of the food I ate today!!!
I agree that the plank cardo circut is tough, but I think the move I hate the most is the push up with leg move...YUCK!!:sick:0 -
I'm behind! Missed yesterday because of TG - we were on the road for 3 hrs then busy all day, stayed over.
I'll be back later today tho, so will report on my W2 workout 10 -
I decided to sleep in today and do my DVD workout tonight after I get home. It shouldn't be too difficult, since Jazzercise has no classes tonight. I'm mad at them, actually! They have a different schedule today due to the holiday - only a morning class. What about us people who have to work!?!
Anyway, I'll check in later after my workout is done!
Oh, I'm hurting in that space between my shoulders and my neck. Is that the traps? I don't remember.... But I know it's from the planks and the plank jacks and the mountain climbers...those things get my shoulder area, lemme tell ya! A lot of the moves this week I have to modify, but I do the best I can, and I definitely work up a sweat, so I know I'm working hard!!0 -

i just realized that i havent posted in like 3 days :noway:
I did the workout on thanksgiving yesterday! with both of my brothers and my sister! lol id call that a success.
not only that but i went black friday shopping and totally burn off some of those calories i ate yesterday and good news is:
i still weigh the same! woooohooo!
also a little NSV:
my skinny jeans are now LOOSE!
that right! this time last year I couldnt even fit these jeans over my thighs

Week 2, 3 work outs in. I skipped Friday & haven't gotten around to it today. I'll get to it this afternoon. Thanksgiving has really put a kink in my healthy habbits, haven't weighed myself, don't want to!! I hope to finish out week 2 on a better note & start out week 3 with better motivation.0

i did w2d1 last night and i'm soooo sore today! usually that would be a good thing but my TOM is also killing me! whaaaaaaaaaaa!
today is my rest day and tuesday i usually do exercise bike so i should be doing w2d2 on wednesday0 -
