Question: Killian states "that is fear leaving the body" in the second circuit. When did you "feel" your fear leave your body in level 2?

For me, it was doing the first round of T-Stands in the first Circuit (this was in May earlier this year when I did my first round of 6W6P). When I first saw them doing them I thought "there is NO WAY :noway: I can do that, I'll fall flat on my face & bust something :brokenheart: !" Then I tried it & realized that if I "lock" my core muscles, I CAN do them & do them well & LIKE doing them!

This second go round, I discovered there was some residual fear that came had come back. But it's gone now. This morning it left with the first round of Plank Moguls :laugh:

    I would say the FEAR left my body when I began the second round of this 6week/6pack...The first time I was scared the entire way thru and all the I CAN"T use to run thru my head..BUT NOW...i fight and I go hard...with all the plank moves, and speeds of the workout...I go fast even when not asked to...She does exactly what the body needs...and the support of you my dear friend from the last to this one..means alot...I know i can do it!
