Good morning CAD'ers!
I was happy to see yesterday's participation up a little bit :D You're all doing wonderfully!

Today's challenge:
Cut the fat! If you've been having trouble staying below your fat limit, turn it around! Look at what foods you normally eat contribute most to your fat intake, and cut them today. Find healthy alternatives! Usually eat chips with lunch? Try baked chips. Let us know what other healthy swaps you make!
Make a great day MFP! :D

I've been a bit lazy recently and been buying tinned soups. It's not particularly fatty but homemade is always best, I have just had some homemade red pepper and tomato soup for lunch, yummy!

Im usually always under on my fat today, so Ive just been double checking everything I eat, to make sure its (fairly) low in fat.
So far Im doing good. Ive already had dinner, and still have half my fat left.

I made my own home made pizza instead of getting one from the pizza place. Used a low fat/ low cal Naan bread with tomato puree and topped with chopped tomato, mushrooms and peppers. Took one slice of low fat cheese and used it sparingly on top. It was actually quite delicious and filling. Will definitaly do this again!!
