I'm getting married in March, 2012. It's great to have a group of other Brides-to-be! It's tough to stay focused all the time, and the more wedding stuff I have to do in a day the more I just reach for the easy meal, which is not always the healthiest.
I look forward to have a group who are going through the wedding planning phase too!

Hi there! I know how you feel about it hard to stay focused with all the wedding stuff to be done. I have pretty much accepted the fact that for the next 5 months, my life will consist of wedding related events and working out!
For those quick meals on the go, might I suggest Subway's "Veggie Delite" sandwich. It is absolutely delicious and only 322 calories (depending on what you put on yours). Not the best for sodium, but definitely the best low calorie fast food I have found.
I order mine like this:
- 6 inch wheat
- no cheese
- lettuce
- tomato
- onions
- cucumbers
- olives
- jalepenos
- pickles
- southwest chipotle dressing (omg, this MAKES the sandwich)
Add a yogurt or baked chips to the side and BAM, you're done!0 -
Welcome... I have been busy planing to mine is in 8th September 2012.. 9mths and 8days i think now LOL.. How is it all going?? I eat a lot of salads for me I make time.. I have 3 kids, working out and house hold to look after. But I realised I have to make time for me to eat properly it's just like making time for exercise I guess.. LOL... We have a lot of other topics going feel free to look around and share0

The ideas are great. I actually have a subway in the building where I work so subway is my go to healthy option!
