HI all,

Any great tips on managing moderation at work with the plethora of goodies and treats brought in by colleagues, families, etc....

    I don't go near it or walk past it.

    Thats not an easy one at all and to be honest I'm not any good at it. I do try to keep veggies on my desk at all times and pick at those throughout the day!
