What has helped you lose weight so far?

I have found this website to have been the motivating part of my weight loss. I have left my food diary public so that I can be held accountable. Accountability and consistency have been the two key factors in my weight loss. I have lost 12 lbs since I started October 10th. I only drink once a week (I used to drink Friday and Saturday and sometimes Sundays). Now I really have to think about it if it's worth it. I put down every meal I eat no matter how good or bad it may be and I have educated myself on the proper way of eating.

What has helped you lose weight?
