I am scheduled to do Fire 45EZ on Thanksgiving morning! Holy crow!

Does that mean I get to eat extra stuffing? :)

    I'm Canadian, so I've already suffered through Thanksgiving eats :) hahaha!
    However, I'm not a huge thanksgiving food fan anyways, so it wasn't that bad :)

    I love Fire 45EZ, I think that's my favorite one.

    I'm doing a 5K Turkey Trot in the AM. Might go ahead and do my scheduled workout as well (I haven't checked, but it's probably Max Interval Circuit), although my ankle has been bothering me.

    I totally recommend getting your workout done in the AM! It will be all too easy to let is slide if you wait til later in the day!
