I just signed up for MFP today and am looking for some moral support! Any friends open sharing food, exercise and motivational tips would be much appreciated.

    Don't know if you asked in the open forum or not but you will get better results there unless you are just looking for Minnesota friends? If you don't mind an older bicycling nut please go ahead and add me. I am pretty good from the cheering section. I am from South Eastern Minnesota. Good Luck on your venture here.
