Do you think Justin Bieber should sue Yeater for claiming he is the father of her child to extort money out of him? Assuming the DNA test he just took is negative for it. He says he plans to sue her for falsely claiming that he is the father.

That wouldn't make any sense, since she was hired by the Bieber camp to throw everyone off the gay trail. Why do you think he was so quick to agree to DNA? Because of one of two things: 1.) Bieber remembers perfectly every girl he has ever boinked and he knows he didn't touch her, or, 2.) Bieber has never boinked any girls at all and that's how he knew he couldn't be a father.

    I'm only kind-of kidding

Not sure if this might fall under Defamation of Character or Extortion or anything at all.

I don't know if she asked for money. I'm not a fan, but I don't think he's gay. But, I don't really care anyways. One of the conditions of my parole is to stay away from young boys.

Simple answer, yes. Will it result in anything, probably not. But I would sue because it would make her life a living hell and will let the other harlots out there know that it is not easy to just defame someone like that.

IF it turns out that he is not the father (which I'm not so sure), then yes he should sue.

Yes, he should sue her if it's false. Sad how I have to keep my daughter away from the magazines at the check-out lines because of all the smut....especially when it's people she sees on Disney Channel and Nickelodeon.

Yes he should, even if just to send a message that it's not open season.

Statutory rape anyone? She's got bigger problems than some potential lawsuit if she really did sleep with him.

He certainly has the right to sue; I hope he doesn't. This gal certainly has other issues to deal with.

IF It was publicty and he/his people were responsible for the claims to begin with..then I doubt they will sue. To make an example out of her? Sure. I have no problem with people suing in that case. She wanted to make up a lie in hopes of getting some $$ out of it, she should deal with the consequences.
