Hey CAD'ers! I hope yesterday's day of being appreciative of what you have went well 
Today's challenge: Get up and move! If you have a desk job or are generally idle for long periods of time, make a change. Make a point not to sit still for over an hour- be up and active for a minimum of a minute out of every hour! At work? Get up and do squats or caff raises. Watching TV? Do sit-ups, jumping jacks or push-ups during commercials.
You can do it MFP- move those bodies!

Nooooooo, cannot do this today. Was working nightshift last night so I am NOT waking up for 1 minute every hour just to move about - LOL. Good idea though for later!!0

Sadly, I am almost half way through my shift at work, but for the rest of it I will accept the challenge with a smile on my face :happy:0

I love this! I'll be walking around a lot at work tonight. and staying active all day. crunches or pushups every 15-20min. for a break from doing homework and eating leftover turkey!0

Late viewing this one and yesterday was Friday for me. I had a day off from my desk job.
I walked and walked shopping in the city centre and going to appointments so it was a different day for me.
So exhausted I slept most of the night, which is a change too! :bigsmile:0 -
I am so in. After felling like crap yesterday and laying around, today I feel so much better. I am so game!0

Working on this now for the rest of the day! Great idea! I sit at a desk all day and my rear actually hurts from sitting on it...maybe this will help!0
