Setting mini goals

Every week I would like to get into the habit of setting mini goals for myself weather it be to lose "x" amount by next week, setting dietary goals for the week or setting a fitness goal. Setting obtainable goals are a great way to keep yourself in check and keep moving forward. Anyone want to share your goals for the week?
My goal this week is to lose another 2 lbs by Monday. Monday will be 6 full weeks that I have been out of the hospital from having my second daughter. It is also the day that I can start weight training again. If I lose 2 more lbs., I will reach 30lbs. lost since the hospital. What a great way to start a new exercise regimen!

Okay my first mini goal starting tomorrow (Saturday) is to drink 16 cups of water. I am not someone who normally drinks, only when i feel really thirsty so I need to force myself to drink water!0
