Real Men doing ..... Pilates

Hi all.

Went to a gym (2nd time EVER) to a Body Balance class the other night.

Sorry, but I really enjoyed it !

It is moves from Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates.

The yoga bit was ok ... I am a bit too flexible (something went pop while I was moving into position!).

The balancing bit was problematic but alternative pose gives more stability.

The Pilates bit - well, that is teh pill prescribed by my Physio a week ago.

He confirmed I have BJHS (Hypermobility Syndrome).

So, guys, I am working on my strength and all that, and hitting the protein hard (ok, that does sound manly, if I put it like that).

Any Pilatitians here ?
