Have to share !

I sucked on calorie tracking on Turkey Day, I mean big time....I used all 1400 of my calories in one meal, and honestly, as I was cooking all day I was nibbling, so you know there was a TON that never got added in to my daily total !

BUT I did take my Fat Fighters and my Thermofit like normal and yesterday when I weighed in ?? I was actually down .4 pounds ! I thought for sure I'd be up by .5 or more !

YAY for help ! lol
