Thanks! I had a little extra broccoli and mixed it with yellow squash! mixed some olive oil lemon juice and red pepper flakes with it. YUMMY!0

Great! I have leftover spaghetti sauce to heat up for dinner tonight so to make it go further I will mix in an extra helping of courgette and peas! Good challenge.0

Mission accomplished. I changed our dinner menu to spaghetti and had spaghetti squash instead. It was wonderful!0
