This was rough week with Thanksgiving.. you have a great attitude. A loss is a loss. .2- is way better than a gain. Your doing a great job. Thank you for checking in.0 -

it was a rough week having all my family together did not have time to work out..0 -
I didn't realize that there is a Tool here that tells you exactly what weight you need to be to be Overweight. I was going off charts I had googled and was guessing 190 lbs however this tool says 197.3. I think I am going to shoot for that so I will get my self-esteem boost a bit earlier than planned!

On a side note I am finding it a bit empowering to not setp on the scale every day. Especially since I am only shooting for 2 lbs a week a daily weigh in would get me frustrated!0 -

I have a question, I want everyones opinions on, I posted the threads as weigh in 11-27-11 to 12-3-11 to accomadate everyones different weigh in days.. Do you all think it would be easier for you if we all had a certain day to weigh in every week? I am flexiable, we can keep it as it is or change to one day such as everyone weighs in on monday or friday.0

I think it would be great to leave it alone. I have two other groups I am in and enjoy the fact that I only have to weigh in twice a week.

Ok, great so we will just leave it the way it is, that way everyone can check in on their own weigh in day. Next week I will start making a chart so we can see our success as we move out of being OBESE and into the Overweight title0 -

Have lost my appetite and I do eat because I have to, just don't eat much cause I'm not hungry.0
