Losing 4lbs before Christmas. Anyone else?

    Good work to all you "losers" (it's a compliment, I promise). And for those of you who find the needle has stuck, don't stress it. It'll come off in due course :smile:

    I'm maintaining at 400g above my 95kg target. I had dipped down to 94.2 last week, but a weekend away with lots food and too few opportunities to exercise has seen me return to 95.4. but I don't weight in until Xmas eve so I've got a day or two's swimming to hopefully undo that regression >8o)

    On the scales at the GP surgery this morning - 92kg. This is infact a gain of 2kg since the end of October, however when I weighed in in October I was in the privacy of a hotel room and wasn't wearing anything, whereas today I was wearing a heavy skirt (that must weigh 2kg alone, surely)!

    I'm not worried by this though. I'm just going to keep on doing my thing and hopefully I won't put on too much over Christmas. :wink:
