I am a mother of 4 but one is away at college. 2 of my sons play football but hey, that is over right now! I also have a preteen daughter who is involved in soccer & softball but has been known to sit and watch vampire shows on tv, texting and computer business. Lately I have been taking my daughter on my dogwalks but my younger son is in need of a push as well.

Now lets challenge ourselves and check in daily with any exercise we do with our kids!!

  • I'm Sarah! 23,almost 24 in college at UAB. I have a furry four legged baby named Bama. She is a German shepherd mix (in my ticker) . She is like a child in many ways, and I sometimes believe there is a teenage girl stuck inside of her. She talks back to me and is completely spoiled, but I don't know what I would do without her :)

I am a mother of 4. My son is away at college, my two girls are at home and a baby girl watching over us from Heaven.
I am proud that my husband and I helped our son to lose 75 pounds. He was always active in sports, but stopped doing sports in high school and gained a lot of weight.
The girls are both very active and enjoy soccer, riding dirtbikes, bicycles and anything outside. Our youngest just broke her arm, riding her bike, so she never wants to ride a bike again. However, she has not ruled out the dirtbike.

I'm married to my soul mate and have a 16 year old son running around! Should have 3 all together but God thought other wise! Oldest would have been 29, youngest 7. I'm 49 and food is just one off the "addictions" I have dealt with most of my life! I've battled with my weight since I was young, I've been skinny and I know how it feels! As I would conquer and beat the other addictions I kept turning to food till now, so with the help of my doctors and MFP I'm now trying to beat the food issue and get a grip on all my issues and learn to love myself, just not with food! Come this February I will have been working on this for a year! I feel better then I have in a long time, I'm so grateful for the support I have found on this site and the wonderful new friends I have made! My name is Angie :-)

My poor poor daughters. Ask and they will tell you that mom has been known to drag at least one on a walk. Once out there I am not always honest how long we have been out there either. If I tell them they go back inside. ;p We have 5 daughters. Our oldest will move out soon and is 20. The 18 year old always talks about losing weight, she is on the chunky side but not obese, but never wants to actually get off her tail. Although she has started some of the walking videos and for that I am happy for her. My 16 year old used to run but hasn't done much since school got so busy. She is tiny but not in shape if that makes sense. My 8 year old has food issues we are working through. She will walk if the neighbor is outside or if she can pick the route on a hike. The last one is two. She actually get in a lot of workout time. LOL She goes with me everywhere. We play at the park, walk the park, just move a lot.
