Can you burn calories home schooling????

Because I feel like after today I feel like I burnt a ton!!! Its really hard after a holiday week but we were back at it yesterday and things were good, but today, was really hard to get going!!!!!

    It always is hard for us to get motivated between Thanksgiving and Christmas. I don't know if it's the winter starting and wanting to just hibernate or that things are so busy and exciting. Whatever it is, it hits us every year. After the new year it seems to get better.

    This is the 2nd hardest time for me, with homeschooling. The hardest time is in March. By then we're sick of winter and still have 2-3 months of it to go. I remember times when my older kids were little that I saw that school bus go by and was tempted to jump out in the road and say either stop and take my kids or run over me!!!! It always confused me because I loved homeschooling. Then I talked to some other moms and we decided it was March in Wisconsin that was the problem, not homeschooling and not us. After that we made sure to do bigger, FUN field trips every March. That helps!
