Do you follow Anita or Natalie

Just curious to how many people workout to Anita or Natalie or combination of both. Personally I usually follow Anita I think if I tried following Natalie I would not make it through the whole workout.

    Definitely Anita!!! However, I am starting to do some "Natalie-esque" moves...i.e. my squats are getting deeper, butt kicks are Natalie style...but most things are Anita all the way!

    It isn't even a choice - I simply don't have the fitness level or strength to do what Natalie does!

    Combination. I can do butt kicks, squats, and lunges with Natalie- but the damn jump rope? Anita- all the way!!!

    I hate the jump rope. I don't really follow either of them, I just do my exercise to the best of my personal ability! :)

    I just did the worse version of jump ropes ever. I looked like I was having a seizure while standing up. You girs that follow natalie are TOUGH. I try my best to follow Anita. I'm trying really hard and I hope that I can get in better shape for 2012. It is my dream to wear a bikini and not worry about someone standing behind me. I hope that 30 day shred can help make that happen. Think I'm going to ride my bike later today. The workout didn't hurt as much this time but I skipped the weights. I know that is bad but I just can't right now. I think 3lb weights are too much for my bird arms. I am getting some 1.5 lb weights today and will try those tomorrow.
