I just read a good article by Dr. Oz -- Keys To A Longer Life. I will post these keys once a day (until they run out). So stay tuned tomorrow for the first key.
I'm off to get my Fire 30 and Stretch 10 (Prep Schedule) in before the Country Christmas special. I LOVE country music (well the new Country anyway). What's there not to like about Tim McGraw, Darius Rucker, Kenny Chesney, Chris Young, Direks Bentley? And Carrie Uhderwood, Miranda Lambert and Sara Evans are so cute.
