Here we share our fit test results from http://hundredpushups.com/week1.html, which level we are doing, and how we are doing. Track your progress, basically! I, personally, will hit it tomorrow!

Please complete the fit test by Monday - we will officially kick off the 3 days a week challenge on Monday, December 5!

    Sure .. but I have to live vicariously through others as well ... husband is working and I'll be here with 3 kids ... no one to really show off fore ** sniff

    Dude ... IF I manage to make it through to January 1 and can lift a camera .. I'll be taking pics of my HAWT arms and I will email them to everyone I know!!
