Love the Christmas season

I'm sitting here watching the CMA Christmas special. I love Christmas music, the lights, spending time with family, .... I made a hot cocoa with soy milk and ovaltine. It wasn't too bad, but I also added a little peppermint schnapps. Naughty. The funny thing is, when I put in all my food for the day, the count was at zero. I guess it wasn't so naughty since I had the calories to use. My goal right now is 1 pound a week.

Anyone have good workouts they would recommend for working out while traveling over the holidays? I can take some resistance bands with me.
