I am sure most of us are now in chapter 3 ....young life....having kids....now empty nest is setting in...some are grandparents
and some are not...like me yet...but we can look forward to maybe a rest in life ....we have all been busy busy growing our kids up or just aging.....let us encourage each other that life is not over yet.....

    as for life not being over, I am truly planning to make mine restart! I feel now I can maybe have a little 'me' time and get things going in 2012 that I put off for far too long. This weight loss being one thing.

    well its been almost a yr....i have only lost 4 lbs but i am not giving up....i now have a grand daughter coming in dec!
