AH! there is a cell phone app for the one hundred push up program!!!!! This didnt exist a few months ago when I did this program and will help in tracking SO much!

It's $2.99 for the app on the iPhone ... I sprung for it because I can't possibly keep track of more ****! It got really good reviews too.0

I found the "official" one for $1.99 in the app store.
There are several to choose from, though. 0 -
I bought the app too as it'll be easier to record and the results are handy rather than having to write down somewhere for me to lose :laugh:
