Hey y'all, Brad here. I'm new here at LifeWay; I started last month.

My goal isn't so much to lose weight but I know I need to eat better and get exercise. You just feel better when you're in shape. Your body feels clean and efficient, your back is straighter, and your tummy shrinks.

I used to be in good shape. I worked out with an ex-Marine 3 days a week. It felt good to have the ability to perform unassisted chin-ups and pull-ups.

I'm sure we can all agree that it's easier to get in shape when there are others doing it with you, so that's why I joined up.

Here's to getting fit.
