Well, I've used MFP for sixty days, lost 22 lbs and 17 total inches (including three from my waist, chest (read back fat), and hips. BUUUUUTTT I have nothing to show for it. My clothes fit me the exact same! 17 inches MY *kitten* :explode: :grumble:  . I'm wondering if I really did lose any inches and if so, how did I fit my fatass into the clothes I have now?
Any advice? :frown:

I can't offer any advice, but I can tell you that I have lost 34 pounds, my size 28 jeans can be pulled down while fastened, and the size 26 jeans STILL aren't comfortable enough to wear. I can get them on, but they aren't comfortable for sitting. It's frustrating, for sure, but hang in there! You're doing good work!0

I tried measuring a couple of times, but I found it far too susceptible to inaccuracy for me to be comfortable with.
Having lost 45 lbs now I have not yet gone down a size, but I consider that due to the style of clothing that I wear. I do have certain items that are now too big to wear out in public and one pair of slacks that refuse to stay up, and if you saw my hips you'd get what a big deal that is.
Sad though it may sound, I can best judge my weight loss by my wrinkles and stretch marks.0 -
I've lost 45 lbs and am still wearing the same size clothes, although I do occasionally notice them being a bit more comfortable than they used to be. Basically I was wearing these clothes when they were probably a bit too tight, and now they're getting comfortable. Some time next year maybe I'll actually go down a size!0
