Good morning CAD'ers!
Today's challenge:
Add 5 minutes onto your exercise routine today! If you are short on time, sneak some exercise in by walking instead of driving somewhere, parking your car at the end of the parking lot, or taking a couple of extra trips up and down the stairs.

I don't have a daily exercise routine, but have managed to squeeze in extra walking that I wouldn't normally do - hope that counts.0

I wrestled with all 3 of my kids-at the same time- for about 15-20 minutes this morning! I figured that burned a few extra calories!! Didn't log it, just considered it quality time with my kiddos!!
