Hey There! Happy Walkies Everyone!

I wont be able to walk on Monday as I have to go to hospital for a days conference type thing for my diabetis. It starts at 9.30 and finished at 4.30. Im not looking forward to it at all. lol

Anyhoo hope to see you all logging your walking or not, just dropping by to see each other and support each other etc.

Hey there Chellesky, good luck with your conference, I am sure it is for the best. My husband is a diabetic as well. I am very proud of you for taking charge of your health.

Today B & I walked/ran (hey, I didn't have to drag her as much!) 4.11 miles.

Hey there Istnlondry Its great to see you got out on Monday, you did brilliantly.
I managed my usual 2.1 miles on Wednesday. The weather has been so bad here. Today its 80mph winds and rain, too dangerous to venture out.
Im hoping for the weather to change so we can get out tomorrow and the weekend to make up for such a bad week.

80 mph winds? Holy Cow!!
Well, this will be my last post until maybe next Wednesday. I am going on vacation and my dog will not be happy when she has no walk in the morning! Considering I take her out twice & we average 6 miles a day?? She is going to go nuts & drive the people in my house nuts!!
Today we walked a total of 5.67 miles.

I managed to get out on Friday and did 1.4 miles, it was really cold and windy, but the dogs had a great time.
