Since I took your suggestions, I have lost 1.5 pounds!!!!!! I only have 2-3 more to go until my goal weight!!!!!!! This is completely what I needed!

    Yay! Congrats! I'm excited. Like really excited. Like about to head over to the General Weight Loss Forum and brag about Olivia kind of excited. I have lost 6.6 pounds in 3 days after a 3 week plateau.

    YAH!!!! The weight is still coming off~!!! Down about 2.5 pounds now!!! I dont know how that trick worked, BUT it does for me...I am soooo close to my goal weight now!!!
