I've lost weight, getting close to goal but I'm still not satisfied with my legs, they're not as firm as I want...especially the back hamstring area, I do some strength training, eliptical, walk, squats, lunges and kickboxing....can any of you suggest something I could do to work on firming up my legs?

    Squats and lunges are good non-weight exercises for that area. If you are in a full size gym, look for a machine where you lay face down and pull your feet up to your butt while lifting weights w/ your legs. It's a great hamstring machine but I don't know what it's called, sorry!
