Trying to keep myself motivated through level 2 of shredding, so I thought I'd play around with some pictures to remind myself of my progress. Let's play spot the difference!

I love the way my back looks more toned, I really wasn't expecting that! :bigsmile: Pretty happy with my results so far :drinker:

I did the same! This is before I started and once I finished level 1 =D sorry bout undies pics i know some people don't approve.
