    Starting weight: 150
    Week 1: 147
    Week 2: 146
    Current weight: 144
    Weight lost: 2lbs
    Total lost: 6lbs
Last weeks personal challenge: Get to the gym for at least three classes and keep my calorie count in check.
I only made it to two classes but I did two 30 min videos (to equal the one hour class) on other days to make up for it.
This weeks personal challenge: go to at least 3 classes and drink at least 8 glasses of water daily - my water intake has gotten ridiculously low again.

I'm still here! Just in a different time zone ;)

Awesome. I've been trying to get to the gym too. Good for you getting your workouts in.

I have one more week to really make it count - then we have family flying it to visit for the next month. I'm being optimistic but I'm nervous that I'm not going to be getting to the gym and I know I won't be working out in the living room with my father in law sitting on the couch o.O

It might be difficult to make it to the gym but just try your best and you can maybe play sports or go for walks with the family to try and get some non gym exercise.

My in laws are both very over weight so exercise isn't ever on the top of their list of things to do. I picked up a yoga mat so I can hide out in the basement to do my work outs though! I honestly think I'll use it because I always feel better after really pushing myself AND it's an hour that I have an excuse to not be a host ;)

We tend to cook meals while they're visiting more so than going out so at least then I'll know what food is being made (because I'll be making it). We have a few trips out that we'll be eating out often during and I still haven't figured out what foods are "safe" to eat at restaurants. I'm just going to attempt to stick to salads for the most part and cross my fingers.
