    Starting Weight: 230 lbs. (prior to MFP 240)
    Goal Weight: 207 by new years (hopefully :) )
    Current Weight: 224lbs.
    Total Exercise for Week (Sun to Sat): 568 minutes
    New Week Goal: cut down on my bread intake, start eating 1-2 salads a day like before.
    Week Challenges: working out more then one hour a day and doing yoga everyday.
