Grocery shopping lists for various BeachBody Programs

Many of you have been asking me for ideas on what to buy at the grocery store. I decided to give you my up-to-date grocery list. Note: If you are starting a Beachbody program I recommend you follow the Nutrition Guide as closely as possible.
When I first started P90X I followed the nutrition guide religiously for the first two months, but then I wanted to switch things up a bit so I started doing research on nutrition. From that point on I’ve pretty much perfected my diet for optimal fat loss and sustained energy throughout the entire day.
Here is my current grocery list. You can print this out when you go grocery shopping.
1. Smart Balance Rich Roast All Natural Peanut Butter with Omega-3 from Flax Oil.
2. Thomas Whole Wheat English Muffins
3. Bananas
4. Blueberries
5. Strawberries
6. Quaker Unflavored Quick Oats Oatmeal
7. Splenda
8. Fiber One Honey Clusters Cereal
9. Birds Eye Frozen Vegetables
10. Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
11. Emerald or Blue Diamond Whole Almonds (Unsalted)
12. Friendship 1% No Salted Added Cottage Cheese
13. Bell Plantation PB2 (Powdered Peanut Butter)
14. Original Almond Milk
15. 100% Premium Arabica Ground Coffee
16. Sargento Reduced Fat Provolone Cheese
17. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
18. Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss
19. Eggs
20. All Whites Egg Whites
21. Spinach
22. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
23. Jennie-O Turkey Sausage Patties
24. Unsweetened Apple Sauce
25. Vitalicious Deep Chocolate Vita Top (muffin tops, freezer section)
26. Smuckers Sugar Free Jelly
27. Mini Baybel Light
28. *SHAKEOLOGY* – I don’t buy this at the grocery store but this is by far the best product I consume. I’ve been drinking it every single day for the past 8 months! It’s nature in a bag, you’ve got to try it!
