My personal Challenge to myself this week is to do my workout all the days I’m supposed to…I’ve gotten lazy lately and decide “I’ll just skip it today,” but then that seems to be happening a lot more lately. I will try my bestHope you all had a great week!

I've got my Bodymedia Fit and it's working like a charm. I'm down 1.2 lbs this week and it could have easily been a no-loss week without it. My daily caloric burns fluctuate to an incredible degree and my BMF keeps me on track with things. I also learned that my HRM overestimated the amount of calories burned during Rushfit. This was incredibly important to learn as I got back into the program. I burned ~275 calories doing a workout yesterday that was recorded to burn 400 calories on my HRM. As I eat back my exercise calories, that can add up! My daily intake changes each day, depending on the burn (I approximate the last couple of hours). I have also jumped back into protein powder. I forgot how full that makes you. SO good. I had a veggie and chicken dinner last night and was stuffed for the entire evening after a protein shake at 6:30 PM. It's a perfect recovery drink after hard strength exercise as well, I have way less DOMS than previously.
Weekly Success: Starting Rushfit again, Starting to wear a BMF
Weekly Struggle: Being sick. Migraine's interrupted the flow of things. That means water too.

This week is about exercising (again). With the holiday season rapidly approaching, if I don't get off of my butt...it will be rapidly expanding :noway:
I'm going to try focusing on ab work. Scratch that! I'm GOING to focus on ab work! Mainly JM Fitness Ultimatum, but maybe some EASA2 as well. I'm super bust at work, with our fiscal year end coming up as well as a systems change, and that stress has been bleeding over into my home life. It's been difficult for me to motivate myself to exercise when I have a mountain of paperwork to do. I'm going to make a big dent in it this weekend and hopefully that'll help.
As for the moment, I'm going to enjoy a calorie filled dinner with Jersey and her beau followed by an evening of cocktails and gaming...ahh, this is the life :drinker:

Small loss 0.5 lbs -> down to 142 lbs (again). So at least I'm gradually chipping away at it. But, I'm a few lbs off from where I was hoping to be at this time of year.
Goal for V-Day is still 135, but it's beginning to look like a little bit of a stretch to get there. I'll keep plugging away & try to get as close as possible!0 -

My goal this coming week is to overeat my calories a maximum of once. I dare say my loss would have been higher this week (since I'd lost those 3 pounds by Thursday) if I hadn't overeaten by so many calories... but I'll take it and move on.0 -
