I can't believe I've done 700 squats in the last week! And I'm pretty sure I've never counted to 20 that many times in a week, either.

@ pspi thank you I cant believe how quickly time flies, I couldnt even do 20 in a row when I started and didnt think I would be able to walk for a week LOL, but this week has flown and it does seem to get easier, Im gonna be a squat master come March hehe

Same here. 2nd day I could barely get out of bed, it was as if a truck had run over my knees in my sleep.
