    Working my way back to 100! did 60 today

    5 Dec - 100 (20, 20, 20, 20, 20)
    6 Dec - 50 (25,25)
    7 Dec - 150 (40, 40, 20, 25, 25)
    8 Dec - 100 (25, 25, 25, 25)
    9 Dec - 100 (25,15,10,25,25)
    10 Dec - 0
    11 Dec - 50 (25, 25)

  • I can't believe I've done 700 squats in the last week! And I'm pretty sure I've never counted to 20 that many times in a week, either.

    I can definitely feel my muscles getting stronger. How's everyone else feeling?

    12/10: 225 done (125, 100)
    12/11: 240 done (60, 60, 60, 60)
    12/12: 100 done with 20 pound weight (50, 50)

    12/8: 100 done + 50 to make up for missing + 100 calf raises

    I love this challenge so far, did 600 squats. Prior to first day I could barely do 30-40 in one go!

  • @ pspi thank you I cant believe how quickly time flies, I couldnt even do 20 in a row when I started and didnt think I would be able to walk for a week LOL, but this week has flown and it does seem to get easier, Im gonna be a squat master come March hehe

    Same here. 2nd day I could barely get out of bed, it was as if a truck had run over my knees in my sleep.
    Now I am sorta addicted to this...
