    Try zumbacalories.com - I use this and others have posted that their HRMs match pretty closely.

    I had a bodybug once and it showed 660 calories burned in 1hr for the cardio class and 500 or so if I can recall for the Zumba toning class. It depends on how much you weigh.

    I don't think that you can know for sure unless you wear a HRM. The count found here at MFP doesn't take into consideration your weight or just how hard you are dancing.

    I do have a question for you. Just how much would an Xbox with Kinect cost? I am looking into purchasing one. I already got opinions on which game is the best and the Xbox has won out.
