Scale is moving the wrong direction

My scale has been doing up rather then down, and I've been pretty good... ahh!

I've got lots to loose. Other then one day this week I've been under my calories (set to 1 lb a week loss). I've been exercising hard at least 3-4x a week.

My tummy seems flatter, and I'm fairly sure I've lost a few inches in my thighs and belly. It's just concerning when you seem to be gaining weight.

I have a Mirena, pretty sure it's not a cycle thing.

    I would really start taking your measurements. you may be gaining muscle but losing inches! keep with it and dont get discouraged. im planing on seeing a gain this week as well just because i had such an awful weekend but have been working really hard all week...we shall see what the damage is on friday when i weigh in. good luck to you!
