Calories Burned

Hey ladies...

I found a website that lets you type in some info and it calculates calories burned while doing Zumba... Does anyone know how accurate it is? Maybe if you have a bodybugg, or some sort of other calculator to compare it to?

    Hi,
    I think that is pretty accurate actually. My girlfriends and i do zumba ALOT. and one of my friends has a watch that calculates calorie burn and its pretty close to that website.
    I did a Master class last weekend it was 90min. We burned 990 Calories!!!! Crazy eh.

    Oh sweet! That is good to know .. because it surely doesn't feel like I burned 766 calories this morning! yay! Go ZUMBA!
