Hiking: Alone or with someone?

I prefer alone. But sometimes the husband just HAS to come with me. I like the quiet, I like to sit and meditate.

BUT... we also like to geocache (yes i did see the group and I have joined it hehe) In that instance I like to have my husband. Geocaching is much more fun when with someone.

So.... Which do you prefer?
