Anyone in/around Colchester - free gym pass

Hello to anyone in or around Colchester.
I've been a member of LA Fitness for the past couple of months and today they sent me two free 5-day passes for my friends.
Now my friends, bless them, are the lest likely peeps to go to the gym :laugh: so if anybody wants to try out LA Fitness in Colchester, then send me a message.
The only down side... they have to be used before 2 Jan 2012 and the 5-days run consecutively :ohwell:
I can recommend the gym... it's very clean and well appointed, although I really only ever use the pool
