    Starting Weight: 230 lbs. (prior to MFP 240)
    Goal Weight: 207 by new years (hopefully :) )
    Current Weight: 223lbs.
    Total Exercise for Week (Sun to Sat): 525minutes
    New Week Goal: finish 30 day shred on Thursday
    Week Challenges: Up my water intake and start couch potato to 20k this week
