Hey Challengers!!!!!!!! Ya'll ready 4 MEATLESS MONDAY??????????? Im hvin Nestle 4 breakfast, Soup 4 lunch & I havent figured dinner out yet!!!! What ya'll smackin on 2day?

    I was out shopping longer than I expected yesterday so didnt get a chance to make my split pea soup... so I'm doing meatless/chickenless monday and having fish ... hope you guys don't kick me out of the group ... hehe

    Bfast- omelette
    Lunch- salmon/arugula/brown rice salad
    Snacks- greek yogurt and apple, granola bar
    Dinner- hummus and veggie wrap

    I remembered today. The usual 6 eggwhite omelette and grated soycheese for breakfast. Lentil chili for lunch of course (freezer is still filled with that stuff lol) and imjadara for dinner (lentils and bulgar wheat and onions.). Yay for meatless Monday!

    Oatmeal for breakfast, marinated pepper and asparagus sandwich for lunch and baked potato soup for dinner.

    Snacking on a granola bar and some almonds. :)
