IT'S MONDAY!!! (week 3)

Happy Monday everyone! It's time for that weekly check in! what is you new mini goal this week?
Well ladies, the scale still isn't moving for me! ugh! Yesterday was horrible! I got my T.O.M. for the first time since having the baby 8 weeks ago yesterday and ALL I wanted to do was EAT!!!!! and so was over my calories! ARGH!!! and I couldn't exercise except for some wii sports because the flow was just unbearable! I'm feeling better today so I WILL be doing a good workout today you can count on that! My goal for this week is not to go over my daily caloric intake which is set to 1500. I will make sure to eat within that range and workout everyday this week. I need to see a change in that scale!!!

Lost 2.6 lbs since my last weigh in. YAY! Down to 205.6! I might actually reach my goal of being under 200 for Christmas! Hoping since I'm FINALLY feeling like myself and this cold is getting better I'm going to get my exercising in this week and watch my carbs and sodium this week since those are really high at the end of the day. All in all a very good week ahead!

Hello ladies hope you all enjoyed your weekend!!!
My goal this week and next is to get at least 60 minutes of exercise in everyday well I might give myself a restday, but we are leaving on Christmas holidays on the 22nd and will be gone for at least two weeks, now I am planning on still logging and I am taking my walking dvd to exercise with, but still worried, I won't be doing the cooking, which will be a nice break but I won't be in control of the food so here is to hoping I don't gain!!!
Also I usually average ten-fourteen glasses of water per day, think I need to cut back slightly, seem to be up waaaay to much during the night lol!!!
Would like to lose a couple more pounds before I go but not going to sweat it, I hit my goal when I first started in September said I wanted to lose 25 by Christmas and have done that!!!

I didn't weigh in today - I wasn't at work and the scale at work is the only I use consistently so I didn't want to jinx it and use a different one. I will be weighing in tomorrow though and I hope I have a loss!!!!0

YES YES YES!!! I met my goal - I lost 1.5 pounds this week!!! AWESOME!!! Can't wait to keep losing! :bigsmile:0

Shame on me. This is my first post. Ive been doing great. Lost 3 pounds this week. For the first time ever in my life, the weight seems to be falling off. Ive lost 52 pounds total since I had my baby in July. Im now below my prepregnancy weight and plan to keep on going. Im seeing the changes and Im loving it.
