I feel like I knew this in the back of my mind. In so much pain now. I haven't been glutened since about a month after my Celiac diagnosis, and I just want to curl up in a ball. :(

The only thing I can eat when it comes to cereal, Cocoa Pebbles, Chex, and Gluten Free Rice Crispies.

Crispix is not on the list.

    Feel better

It's the first time I've had anything except Panda Puffs, Barbara's Puffins, or anything really marketed as GF. Thank you <3

It has malt in it, so it is definitely not gluten free. I eat the mainstream cereals because I can't afford the organic and I can always find a coupon for the other.

Yup, I realize that now. I immediately checked the box once I started feeling sick. I was at my grandma's, and she's usually amazing about keeping GF products in the house for me, since my mother has Celiac as well.

I feel that! Where I live, those cereals cost the same as a box of Kellogg's, etc, so it's a no-brainer choice. But if they were more expensive, I'd go for the mainstream, too.
